David Keith returns to site off Sinclair Lane

David Keith, 16 years old, stands on a cobblestone road between the B & O railroad tracks and Sinclair Lane, where he and Wade "Boggie" McMillon were allegedly beaten by two Baltimore City police officers on the way to the Eastern District station house on August 15, 1969.
